Od 13. do 15. lipnja 2026. provedena su istraživanja u Hrvatskom etničkom institutu Hrvatske franjevačke kustodije u Chicagu. Institut ima bogatu knjižnicu u kojoj se čuvaju i publikacije Hrvata iz Južne Amerike. Istraživanje je bilo djelomično zbog veličine zbirke, a istražena je i zbirka hrvatskih novina koje su tiskane u kustodiji.
From June 13 to 15, 2026, research was conducted at the Croatian Ethnic Institute of the Croatian Franciscan Custody in Chicago. The institute has a rich library that also preserves publications by Croats from South America. The collection was researched partly due to its size. The collection of Croatian newspapers printed in the Custody was also researched.
