Knjižnica Menzies Library pri Australskom nacionalnom sveučilištu u Canberri čuva vrijednu zbirku povezanu s azijskim studijima. Iako gegorafski nije povezana s područjima kojima se bavi projekt, koncept izgradnje zbirke ima sličnosti s kriterijima odabira građe u projekt ChilAB. Zbirka sadrži staru i rijetku građu koja vrlo često nije dostupna u zemljama u kojima je nastala. Razlozi nedostupnosti su razni, a ponekad su povezani s državnom kontrolom tiska. Zbog toga znanstvenici iz cijeloga svijeta u ovoj zbirci mogu pronaći izvore koji drugdje nisu dostupni. Projekt je 23. rujna 2026. godine predstavljen voditeljici zbirke i suradnicima.
The Menzies Library at the Australian National University in Canberra houses a valuable collection related to Asian studies. Although it is not geographically related to the areas covered by the project, the concept of collection building has similarities with the criteria for selecting materials for the ChilAB project. The collection contains old and rare materials that are often unavailable in their countries of origin. The reasons for this unavailability vary and are sometimes linked to state control of the press. Consequently, scholars from around the world can find sources in this collection that are not available elsewhere. On September 23, 2026 the project was presented to the collection manager and their colleagues.
